कन्याविक्रयकर्तृणां यत्पापं पापसंगिनाम् । तन्मे स्याद्यदि नो हन्मि सर्पं दृष्टिवशं गतम्

kanyāvikrayakartṛṇāṃ yatpāpaṃ pāpasaṃginām | tanme syādyadi no hanmi sarpaṃ dṛṣṭivaśaṃ gatam

Biarlah dosa milik mereka yang menjual seorang gadis, dan mereka yang bergaul dengan dosa, menimpa diriku—jika aku tidak membunuh ular yang berada di bawah kuasa pandanganku.
