यदि तुष्टोसि मे देव यदि देयो वरो मम । तन्मां कुरु जगन्नाथ जरामरणवर्जितम्
yadi tuṣṭosi me deva yadi deyo varo mama | tanmāṃ kuru jagannātha jarāmaraṇavarjitam
“Jika Engkau berkenan kepadaku, wahai Dewa; jika suatu anugerah hendak dikurniakan kepadaku—maka, wahai Jagannātha, Tuhan alam semesta, jadikanlah aku bebas daripada tua dan mati.”
