Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 47

कूटसाक्ष्यरतानां च तथैवानृतवादिनाम् । अत्राश्रयो मया दत्तस्तथान्येषां कुकर्मिणाम्

kūṭasākṣyaratānāṃ ca tathaivānṛtavādinām | atrāśrayo mayā dattastathānyeṣāṃ kukarmiṇām

Di sini telah Kutetapkan tempat kurungan bagi mereka yang gemar memberi saksi palsu dan bagi para pendusta yang berterusan—bahkan bagi para pelaku kejahatan yang lain juga.
