मौंजीहोमः प्रमाणं स्यान्मुनिवाक्येन चेद्भवेत् । तदेतदपि वाक्यं हि कात्यायनमुनेः स्फुटम्
mauṃjīhomaḥ pramāṇaṃ syānmunivākyena cedbhavet | tadetadapi vākyaṃ hi kātyāyanamuneḥ sphuṭam
Jika bersandar pada kesaksian para resi, maka upacara yang dikenali sebagai Mauñjī-homa hendaklah diterima sebagai bukti yang sah; kerana perkara ini juga dinyatakan dengan jelas dalam kata-kata tegas resi Kātyāyana.
