विष्णुभक्तिरतैश्चैव वेदमन्त्रविपाठकैः । सततं दानशीलैश्च दीनार्तजनवत्सलैः
viṣṇubhaktirataiścaiva vedamantravipāṭhakaiḥ | satataṃ dānaśīlaiśca dīnārtajanavatsalaiḥ
Mereka hendaklah teguh dalam bhakti kepada Viṣṇu, tekun melagukan dan mengulang mantra-mantra Veda, sentiasa cenderung kepada sedekah, serta berbelas kasih kepada yang miskin dan yang menderita.
