यत्र सोमेश्वरो देवस्त्यक्त्वा कैलासमागतः । न मया पठिता वेदा न च शास्त्रं नृपोत्तम । तीर्थयात्राप्रसंगेन तेन भिक्षां चराम्यहम्
yatra someśvaro devastyaktvā kailāsamāgataḥ | na mayā paṭhitā vedā na ca śāstraṃ nṛpottama | tīrthayātrāprasaṃgena tena bhikṣāṃ carāmyaham
Di sanalah tempat Dewa Someśvara datang setelah meninggalkan Kailāsa. Wahai raja yang utama, aku tidak mempelajari Veda, dan tidak juga śāstra; hanya kerana kesempatan ziarah tīrtha inilah aku hidup dengan sedekah (mengemis suci).
