यद्रुद्र प्रियया सार्धं वियोगः कथितस्तया । तस्याः श्रेष्ठ तरा चान्या तव भार्या भविष्यति । गौरीनामेति विख्याता हिमाचलसुता शुभा

yadrudra priyayā sārdhaṃ viyogaḥ kathitastayā | tasyāḥ śreṣṭha tarā cānyā tava bhāryā bhaviṣyati | gaurīnāmeti vikhyātā himācalasutā śubhā

Wahai Rudra, kerana dia telah menyebut perpisahan daripada kekasihnya, ketahuilah ini: seorang yang lain, lebih utama daripadanya, akan menjadi isterimu—dia akan masyhur dengan nama Gaurī, puteri Himācala yang membawa keberkatan.
