आसनैस्तत्प्रमाणैश्च पद्मासनप्रपूर्वकैः । असंख्यैः कारणैश्चैव ह्यध्यात्मपठनैस्तथा । ततोपि लक्षितो नैव मयाऽत्मा च कथंचन

āsanaistatpramāṇaiśca padmāsanaprapūrvakaiḥ | asaṃkhyaiḥ kāraṇaiścaiva hyadhyātmapaṭhanaistathā | tatopi lakṣito naiva mayā'tmā ca kathaṃcana

Walaupun aku mengamalkan āsana menurut ukuran yang tepat—bermula dengan padmāsana—berserta kaedah yang tidak terbilang dan juga pembacaan ajaran rohani, namun Ātman tetap tidak dapat aku persepsi dengan apa jua cara.
