Scene: Brahmā issues brisk instructions to Viśvakarman; in the background artisans begin raising a sacrificial pavilion, marking out the vedi and a separate hall for the wife of the sacrificer.
Dharma is upheld through timely, well-ordered ritual action—sacred works should be executed with readiness and precision.
Within the Nāgarakhaṇḍa’s Tīrthamāhātmya frame, the passage supports a local tīrtha narrative by describing the proper establishment of a yajña at the sacred locale (the specific tīrtha name is not stated in this verse alone).
Construction of the yajñamaṇḍapa, the patnīśālā, and the yajñavedīs (altars) as prerequisites for the sacrifice.
