वयं हि ब्राह्मणा जात्या वैदिशाख्ये पुरे नृप । देवरातस्य विप्रस्य गृहे जाता महात्मनः
vayaṃ hi brāhmaṇā jātyā vaidiśākhye pure nṛpa | devarātasya viprasya gṛhe jātā mahātmanaḥ
Wahai raja, kami ini Brahmana menurut kelahiran, dilahirkan di kota bernama Vidiśā, di rumah brahmana mulia Devarāta yang berhati agung.
