शृणुष्वाऽवहितो भूत्वा सर्वेषां नः पृथक्पृथक् । कर्मणा येन संजातं प्रेतत्वमिह भूमिप
śṛṇuṣvā'vahito bhūtvā sarveṣāṃ naḥ pṛthakpṛthak | karmaṇā yena saṃjātaṃ pretatvamiha bhūmipa
Wahai raja penguasa bumi, dengarlah dengan penuh perhatian; akan kukhabarkan satu demi satu perbuatan (karma) yang menyebabkan setiap kami menjadi preta di sini.
