Narrator (contextual; likely Sūta/Lomaharṣaṇa style narration within Māhātmya)
Scene: A king stands with folded hands before seated sages, announcing the arrival of sandhyā; the sky is twilight-purple with saffron remnants, and ritual vessels are brought forth.
Dharma is upheld through timely worship—Sandhyā at the proper hour cultivates discipline, purity, and reverence.
The verse sits within the Nāgara Khaṇḍa Tīrthamāhātmya context; this line emphasizes tīrtha-dharma generally rather than naming a single site in the verse itself.
Performance of Sandhyā-vidhi (Sandhyā worship/observance) by everyone, appropriately according to rule and station.
