Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 61

नैवेद्ये घारिका प्रोक्ता प्राशनं मधुसर्पिषोः । धूपं चैवागरुं दद्यात्परया श्रद्धया युतः

naivedye ghārikā proktā prāśanaṃ madhusarpiṣoḥ | dhūpaṃ caivāgaruṃ dadyātparayā śraddhayā yutaḥ

Naivedya yang ditetapkan ialah ghārikā (kuih goreng). Pengambilan ritual ialah madu dan ghee. Hendaklah juga dipersembahkan agaru sebagai dupa, dengan śraddhā yang tertinggi.
