सूत उवाच । एवं सम्बोधिता तेन सा भार्या विजने गता । कन्याप्रदानस्य रुचिः संजाता तदनन्तरम्
sūta uvāca | evaṃ sambodhitā tena sā bhāryā vijane gatā | kanyāpradānasya ruciḥ saṃjātā tadanantaram
Sūta berkata: Setelah dinasihati olehnya demikian, si isteri pergi ke tempat yang sunyi; dan tidak lama kemudian timbullah dalam dirinya hasrat untuk mengahwinkan serta menyerahkan gadis itu.
