आश्रमे सकलं ब्रह्मन्कच्चित्ते कुशलं मुने । स्वाध्याये तपसि प्राज्ञ शिष्येषु मृगपक्षिषु

Transliteration

āśrame sakalaṃ brahmankaccitte kuśalaṃ mune | svādhyāye tapasi prājña śiṣyeṣu mṛgapakṣiṣu

Translation

“Wahai resi Brahmana, adakah segala-galanya sejahtera di pertapaanmu? Wahai muni, adakah hatimu tenteram? Wahai yang bijaksana—adakah svādhyāya (bacaan suci) dan tapa (pertapaan)mu berkembang baik, dan adakah para muridmu, juga rusa serta burung-burung, berada dalam kesejahteraan?”
