मयापि च तदादेशात्कौमार्येपि च संस्थया । पूजया वत्सरं यावत्पूजिता पतिकाम्यया

mayāpi ca tadādeśātkaumāryepi ca saṃsthayā | pūjayā vatsaraṃ yāvatpūjitā patikāmyayā

Aku juga, menurut perintah itu—meski masih dalam masa gadis dan dengan tata laku yang sewajarnya—telah melakukan pūjā menyembah (Gaurī) selama genap setahun, dengan hasrat memperoleh suami.
