Type: tirtha
Scene: Bhaṭṭikā, radiant with resolve, bows at her father’s feet near the tīrtha-bank, refusing household life; townspeople and the sacred landscape frame her renunciant choice.
When dharma is firmly realized, one may choose a higher life of dedication; inner calling can outweigh ordinary social return.
The same tīrtha tied to Bhaṭṭikā’s name and purity; her resolve reinforces the sanctity and enduring fame of the site.
None explicitly in this verse; it expresses a personal vow-like decision to not resume household life.
