तेषां विनाशजं दुःखं मा नुषे त्वमवाप्स्यसि । नागत्वे वर्तमानायाः शापं तेऽमुं ददाम्यहम्
teṣāṃ vināśajaṃ duḥkhaṃ mā nuṣe tvamavāpsyasi | nāgatve vartamānāyāḥ śāpaṃ te'muṃ dadāmyaham
“Dalam kehidupan sebagai manusia, engkau akan mengalami dukacita yang lahir daripada kebinasaan mereka. Ketika engkau kini masih sebagai nāgī, aku menjatuhkan sumpahan ini ke atasmu.”
