Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 38

एतस्मिन्नंतरे जातं तत्राश्चर्यं द्विजोत्तमाः । तन्मे निगदतः सर्वं शृण्वंतु सकलं द्विजाः

Transliteration

etasminnaṃtare jātaṃ tatrāścaryaṃ dvijottamāḥ | tanme nigadataḥ sarvaṃ śṛṇvaṃtu sakalaṃ dvijāḥ

Translation

Dalam pada itu, wahai yang terbaik antara golongan dwija, suatu peristiwa menakjubkan berlaku di sana. Maka sekarang, wahai para brāhmaṇa, dengarlah daripadaku seluruh kisahnya ketika aku menuturkannya.
