मनसा दूयमानेन शंन लेभे पितामहः । ज्ञात्वा सर्वं प्रयत्नेन दुष्कृतं तस्य पापिनः
manasā dūyamānena śaṃna lebhe pitāmahaḥ | jñātvā sarvaṃ prayatnena duṣkṛtaṃ tasya pāpinaḥ
Dengan hati yang terbakar oleh dukacita, Sang Datuk Agung (Brahmā) tidak memperoleh ketenteraman; kerana dengan segala usaha baginda telah mengetahui sepenuhnya perbuatan jahat si pendosa itu (Dakṣa).
