Type: kshetra
Scene: A bleak domestic scene introducing the birth of a notorious outcaste-born son; shadows and harsh expressions foreshadow a life of transgression.
A life alienated from dharma produces suffering and a hardened, destructive character.
Kedāra’s Śaiva sphere is the implied sacred setting where later contact with Śiva will transform destiny.
None in this verse; it continues the narrative background for the Śivarātri teaching.
