तानि सर्वाणि दृष्टानि शंभुना परमेष्ठिना । आश्रयोऽहं च सर्वेषां भूतानां नात्र संशयः । असुराणां सुराणां च सर्वेषामपि वल्लभः

tāni sarvāṇi dṛṣṭāni śaṃbhunā parameṣṭhinā | āśrayo'haṃ ca sarveṣāṃ bhūtānāṃ nātra saṃśayaḥ | asurāṇāṃ surāṇāṃ ca sarveṣāmapi vallabhaḥ

Segala peristiwa itu telah disaksikan oleh Śambhu, Tuhan Yang Maha Tinggi. “Akulah tempat berlindung semua makhluk—tiada keraguan. Bagi para asura dan para deva, Aku juga yang dikasihi oleh semuanya.”
