Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 66

त्वङ्मात्रसारनिःसारं कदलीसारसंनिभम् । ज्ञात्वैवं दोषवद्देहं यः प्राज्ञः शिथिलीभवेत्

tvaṅmātrasāraniḥsāraṃ kadalīsārasaṃnibham | jñātvaivaṃ doṣavaddehaṃ yaḥ prājñaḥ śithilībhavet

Apabila diketahui bahawa tubuh ini kosong—hanya kulit sebagai ‘inti’—dan menyerupai empulur batang pisang, maka orang bijaksana, melihat jasad yang penuh cela ini, menjadi longgar daripada genggaman dan keterikatan.
