ह्रियतेर्द्धं हि तत्रापि यच्छेषं तद्धि जीवितम् । जीवितांतेच मरणं महाघोरमवाप्नुयात्
hriyaterddhaṃ hi tatrāpi yaccheṣaṃ taddhi jīvitam | jīvitāṃteca maraṇaṃ mahāghoramavāpnuyāt
Bahkan di situ pun, sebahagiannya turut direnggut; apa yang tinggal itulah benar-benar “hidup”. Dan pada penghujung hidup, seseorang menemui kematian—amat menggerunkan.
