Skanda Purana — Mahesvara Khanda, Shloka 15
शक्तिं जग्राह दुर्धर्षां शतघंटामहास्वनाम् । प्रेषिता सा तदा शक्तिर्दारयामास तं हृति
śaktiṃ jagrāha durdharṣāṃ śataghaṃṭāmahāsvanām | preṣitā sā tadā śaktirdārayāmāsa taṃ hṛti
Baginda menggenggam lembing yang dahsyat, tiada tertahan, bergema laksana seratus loceng. Tatkala dilontar, lembing itu pun menembusi dadanya, tepat ke jantungnya.
