यतः प्रजापतिर्दक्षो न त्वामाहूतवान्क्रतौ । तेनाद्यरीढि तं दृष्ट्वा देवर्षिमनुजा अपि

yataḥ prajāpatirdakṣo na tvāmāhūtavānkratau | tenādyarīḍhi taṃ dṛṣṭvā devarṣimanujā api

Kerana Prajāpati Dakṣa tidak menjemput-Mu ke upacara korban, maka hingga hari ini—melihat hal itu—para resi ilahi dan manusia pun menjauh serta mengundur diri daripadanya, menyedari kesalahan perbuatan itu.
