Transliteration

skaṃda uvāca | ākarṇaya mune vacmi kathāṃ śramanivāriṇīm | yathā devena kathitāṃ triviṣṭapasamudbhavām

Translation

Skanda bersabda: Wahai muni, dengarkanlah; akan aku kisahkan cerita yang menghalau keletihan—sebagaimana telah dituturkan oleh Dewa, suatu riwayat yang muncul dari Traiviṣṭapa, alam kayangan.
