पश्यपश्य महाबुद्धे दृष्ट्वा जांबवतीसुतम् । इमाः स्खलितमापन्नास्तद्रूपक्षुब्धचेतसः

paśyapaśya mahābuddhe dṛṣṭvā jāṃbavatīsutam | imāḥ skhalitamāpannāstadrūpakṣubdhacetasaḥ

“Lihatlah, lihatlah, wahai yang berakal besar! Tatkala melihat putera Jāmbavatī, wanita-wanita ini mulai terhuyung—fikiran mereka digoncang oleh keelokan rupanya.”
