अहो देहोप्यहोंगत्वं यथा पित्रोः पुरो मम । इति निश्चित्य सा बाला विजितेंद्रिय मानसा

aho dehopyahoṃgatvaṃ yathā pitroḥ puro mama | iti niścitya sā bālā vijiteṃdriya mānasā

“Aduhai—tubuh ini juga! Aduhai—keadaan tanpa tubuh ini, sebagaimana terjadi di hadapanku pada ibu bapaku!” Setelah memutuskan demikian, gadis itu—menundukkan pancaindera dan hati—tetap teguh dalam azam.
