Transliteration

bhītiṣu prāṇabādhāyāṃ kuryānmalavisarjanam | mukhenopadhamennāgniṃ nagnāṃ nekṣeta yoṣitam

Translation

Hanya dalam keadaan takut atau ketika nyawa terancam barulah membuang kotoran. Jangan meniup api dengan mulut, dan jangan memandang wanita yang telanjang.
