Dan Sunīti juga, dengan merangkainya pada benang ketabahan, membentuk kalungan teratai biru yang lahir dari mata bak teratai (air matanya), lalu mempersembahkannya kepada Dhruva sebagai hadiah perpisahan.
Skanda to Agastya (deduced)
Tirtha: Kāśī
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śaunaka and ṛṣis
Scene: Sunīti, composed yet tearful, gathers tears like lotus-pearls and fashions a garland; she places it in Dhruva’s hands as a blessing. The garland glistens, symbolizing dhairya as the thread and love as sacred offering.
A mother’s tears can become a sacred offering when joined to courage; compassion and steadfastness support spiritual pursuit.
No particular tīrtha is referenced in this verse.
No formal ritual is prescribed; it depicts an emotional ‘upāyana’ (parting gift) imbued with dharma.
