Transliteration

namaścaitanyarūpāya puṣṭīnāṃ pataye namaḥ | namaḥ paṃcāsyadevāya kṣetrāṇāṃ pataye namaḥ

Translation

Sembah sujud kepada-Mu yang berwujud Kesedaran murni; sembah sujud kepada Tuhan segala kemakmuran. Sembah sujud kepada Dewa bermuka lima; sembah sujud kepada Penguasa kṣetra suci dan kawasan tirtha.
