Transliteration

purā dāśarathī rāmo nihatya yudhi rāvaṇam | brahmahatyāvimokṣāya gaṃdhamādanaparvate

Translation

Pada zaman dahulu, Rāma putera Daśaratha—setelah menewaskan Rāvaṇa dalam peperangan—berangkat ke Gunung Gandhamādana untuk memohon terlepas daripada noda brahmahatyā.
