Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 23
खे जजान ततो वाणी देवात्सा चाशरीरिणी । तपस्तप विधे धातर्यथा मे दर्शनं भवेत्
khe jajāna tato vāṇī devātsā cāśarīriṇī | tapastapa vidhe dhātaryathā me darśanaṃ bhavet
Kemudian di angkasa terdengar suara ilahi tanpa jasad: “Wahai Vidhātṛ, lakukan tapa; agar engkau memperoleh darśan-Ku.”
