Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 51
प्रत्युत्थानाभिवादादीन्न चक्रे सादरं नृपः । तिष्ठतो ब्राह्मणान्सर्वान्पर्यपृच्छदसौ ततः
pratyutthānābhivādādīnna cakre sādaraṃ nṛpaḥ | tiṣṭhato brāhmaṇānsarvānparyapṛcchadasau tataḥ
Raja tidak melakukan adab kebiasaan dengan penuh hormat—bangun menyambut, memberi salam penghormatan, dan seumpamanya. Ketika semua brāhmaṇa masih berdiri, barulah baginda menyoal mereka.
