श्रीराम उवाच । का त्वं शुभे कस्य परिग्रहो वा केनावधूता विजने निरस्ता । मुष्टं धनं केन च तावकीनमाचक्ष्व मातः सकलं ममाग्रे

śrīrāma uvāca | kā tvaṃ śubhe kasya parigraho vā kenāvadhūtā vijane nirastā | muṣṭaṃ dhanaṃ kena ca tāvakīnamācakṣva mātaḥ sakalaṃ mamāgre

Śrī Rāma bersabda: “Wahai wanita yang bertuah lagi suci, siapakah engkau dan isteri siapakah engkau? Siapakah yang menghalau serta meninggalkanmu di tempat sunyi ini? Dan siapakah yang merampas segenggam hartamu? Wahai ibu, nyatakanlah segala-galanya di hadapanku.”
