Transliteration

rurodha ca purīṃ laṃkāṃ sītārthaṃ śubhalakṣaṇaḥ | tṛtīyādidaśamyaṃtaṃ niveśaśca dināṣṭakaḥ

Translation

Rāma yang bertanda mulia mengepung kota Laṅkā demi Sītā. Dari hari ketiga hingga tithi kesepuluh, perkemahan itu berlangsung selama lapan hari.
