ब्रह्मोवाच । नीलकंठ महादेव दुःखनाशाभयप्रद । शृणु त्वं दुःखमस्माकं भवतो यद्वदाम्यहम्
brahmovāca | nīlakaṃṭha mahādeva duḥkhanāśābhayaprada | śṛṇu tvaṃ duḥkhamasmākaṃ bhavato yadvadāmyaham
Brahmā berkata: “Wahai Nīlakaṇṭha, wahai Mahādeva—pemusnah dukacita dan pemberi keberanian tanpa takut—dengarkanlah kini kesusahan kami, sebagaimana akan aku sampaikan kepada-Mu.”
