परिष्वजस्व मां कांतां पाययस्व तवाधरम् । नाहं गंतुं समर्थास्मि स्मरबाणप्रपीडिता
pariṣvajasva māṃ kāṃtāṃ pāyayasva tavādharam | nāhaṃ gaṃtuṃ samarthāsmi smarabāṇaprapīḍitā
“Peluklah aku, wahai kekasih, dan biarkan aku meneguk amerta dari bibirmu. Aku tidak mampu meneruskan langkah—ditikam dan diseksa oleh panah-panah Kāma.”
