Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 86

नित्यं यजनशीलैश्च त्रिसन्ध्यापरिपालकैः । श्रद्धया कारयेच्छ्राद्धं यदीच्छेच्छ्रेय आत्मनः

nityaṃ yajanaśīlaiśca trisandhyāparipālakaiḥ | śraddhayā kārayecchrāddhaṃ yadīcchecchreya ātmanaḥ

Dan (dengan brāhmaṇa) yang sentiasa tekun beribadat dan memelihara tiga sandhyā setiap hari; hendaklah śrāddha dilakukan dengan penuh śraddhā, jika seseorang menginginkan kebajikan tertinggi bagi dirinya.
