एवं स्तुतो महादेवो वरदो वाक्यमब्रवीत् । वरं प्रार्थय मे वत्स प्राणसम्भवसम्भव
evaṃ stuto mahādevo varado vākyamabravīt | varaṃ prārthaya me vatsa prāṇasambhavasambhava
Demikian dipuji, Mahādeva—pemberi kurnia—bersabda: “Pohonlah suatu anugerah daripada-Ku, wahai anak. O putera Prāṇa-sambhava, keturunan Dewa Vāyu.”
Narrator (contextual), with Śiva speaking in direct address
Scene: Mahādeva, pleased by praise, invites Hanūmān—son of Vāyu—to ask for a boon; Shiva’s demeanor is benevolent and majestic.
Sincere praise (stuti) invites divine grace—Śiva responds as Varada, ready to uplift the devotee.
The Revā (Narmadā) sacred landscape frames the dialogue, emphasizing tīrtha power alongside Śiva’s compassion.
No specific rite is prescribed; the emphasis is on stuti and approaching the deity with devotion to receive guidance and boons.
