नवनाडीनिरोधेन काष्ठावत्यां गतेन च । तोषितः पशुभर्ता वै नारदेन युधिष्ठिर

navanāḍīnirodhena kāṣṭhāvatyāṃ gatena ca | toṣitaḥ paśubhartā vai nāradena yudhiṣṭhira

“Wahai Yudhiṣṭhira, dengan menahan sembilan nāḍī (saluran prāṇa) dan memasuki keadaan yang disebut Kāṣṭhāvatī, Nārada telah memperkenankan Tuhan, Pemelihara segala makhluk, Penopang seluruh yang bernyawa.”
