tatra sthāne purā pārtha devadevena śūlinā | uddhūlanaṃ kṛtaṃ gātre tena bhūtīśvaraṃ tu tat
Di tempat itu pada zaman dahulu, wahai Pārtha, Dewa segala dewa, Tuhan yang memegang Triśūla, telah menyapukan bhasma (abu suci) pada tubuh-Nya; maka tempat itu benar-benar dinamai Bhūtīśvara.
