एकद्वित्रिचतुर्थाहा ये ज्वरा भूतसम्भवाः । ये चान्ये विकृता दोषा दद्रुश्च कामलं तथा

ekadvitricaturthāhā ye jvarā bhūtasambhavāḥ | ye cānye vikṛtā doṣā dadruśca kāmalaṃ tathā

Demam yang berlanjutan satu, dua, tiga atau empat hari—bahkan yang dikatakan berpunca daripada gangguan bhūta (makhluk halus)—serta kecacatan doṣa yang lain, juga kurap dan kāmalā (penyakit kuning); semuanya disebut dalam konteks ini.
