शाण्डिल्युवाच । येन मे न मरेद्भर्ता येन सत्यं मुनेर्वचः । तत्कुरुध्वं विचार्याशु येन संवर्धते सुखम्
śāṇḍilyuvāca | yena me na maredbhartā yena satyaṃ munervacaḥ | tatkurudhvaṃ vicāryāśu yena saṃvardhate sukham
Śāṇḍilyā berkata: “Setelah segera menimbang, lakukanlah hal itu yang menyebabkan suamiku tidak mati dan sabda benar sang muni tetap benar; lakukanlah yang menambah kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan.”
