इह मानुष्यतां प्राप्य पङ्ग्वन्धबधिरा नराः । गवार्थे ब्राह्मणार्थे च ह्यनृतं वदतामिह

iha mānuṣyatāṃ prāpya paṅgvandhabadhirā narāḥ | gavārthe brāhmaṇārthe ca hyanṛtaṃ vadatāmiha

Di dunia ini, walaupun telah memperoleh kelahiran sebagai manusia, mereka menjadi tempang, buta dan pekak—iaitu orang yang berkata dusta demi urusan lembu, atau demi kepentingan yang melibatkan para brāhmaṇa.
