Śiva (deduced from immediate continuation where Mahādeva addresses Devī)
Scene: A cosmic Viṣṇu whose light fills the three worlds (Bhūr, Bhuvar, Svar), with subtle streams of radiance entering all beings—gods, humans, animals, plants—signifying immanence.
The Divine is present within all beings and praised across all realms; remembrance of this nurtures universal devotion.
The setting is Revā-kṣetra; the verse is theological rather than naming a single tīrtha.
No explicit ritual; it supports nāma-smaraṇa (remembering divine names) and stuti (hymnic praise).
