दैवज्ञेनैव चैकेन अथवा सामगेन वा । पञ्चरत्नसमायुक्तं कुम्भे तत्रैव कारयेत्

Transliteration

daivajñenaiva caikena athavā sāmagena vā | pañcaratnasamāyuktaṃ kumbhe tatraiva kārayet

Translation

Di tempat itu juga, kumbha hendaklah disediakan oleh seorang daivajña (pendeta ahli jyotiṣa), atau oleh seorang pelantun Sāma-veda. Kumbha itu hendaklah dilengkapi dengan pañcaratna, iaitu lima permata.
