समयाह्वय-संस्कारः — Rite of ‘Samayāhvaya’ and the Preparatory Layout

तस्यासनारविंदस्य कल्पयेदुत्तरे दले । अग्रतश्चंदनांभोभिरस्त्रराजस्य वर्धनीम्

tasyāsanāraviṃdasya kalpayeduttare dale | agrataścaṃdanāṃbhobhirastrarājasya vardhanīm

Pada kelopak utara takhta teratai itu, hendaklah diatur penempatannya menurut ketetapan. Dan di hadapan, dengan air berharum cendana, sediakanlah ‘vardhanī’—bejana upacara bagi Astrapati, Tuhan segala senjata (kuasa ilahi yang memerintah mantra dan alat ritual).
