मन्त्रसिद्ध्यर्थं गुरुपूजा–आज्ञा–पौरश्चर्यविधिः / Guru-Authorization, Offerings, and Puraścaraṇa for Mantra-Siddhi

नक्षत्रे शुभयोगे च सर्वदोषविवर्जिते । अनुगृह्य ततो दद्याज्ज्ञानं मम यथाविधि । स्वरेणोच्चारयेत्सम्यगेकांते ऽतिप्रसन्नधीः । उच्चार्योच्चारयित्वा तमावयोर्मंत्रमुत्तमम्

nakṣatre śubhayoge ca sarvadoṣavivarjite | anugṛhya tato dadyājjñānaṃ mama yathāvidhi | svareṇoccārayetsamyagekāṃte 'tiprasannadhīḥ | uccāryoccārayitvā tamāvayormaṃtramuttamam

Apabila rasi bintang dan yoga yang bertuah itu menguntungkan serta bebas daripada segala cela, setelah terlebih dahulu mengurniakan rahmat, hendaklah disampaikan—menurut tatacara yang ditetapkan—pengetahuan-Ku ini. Dengan intonasi yang tepat, di tempat yang sunyi, dan dengan minda yang amat tenteram, hendaklah ia dilafazkan dengan benar; dan setelah dilafazkan serta diperintahkan untuk dilafazkan, hendaklah diserahkan mantra tertinggi milik kita berdua (guru dan murid).
